This document outlines the process to install the Citrix Workspace App for a Windows Computer. The Citrix Workspace app runs the Virtual Applications & Desktops and must be installed on your computer for them to work.
1. Open up your internet browser of choose (we suggest Google Chrome).
2. Navigate to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html
3. Click the button labeled 'Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows'
- Citrix Virtual Apps; Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops; Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Standard; Citrix Web App and API Protection; Citrix Workspace; App Delivery & Security. Citrix ADC BLX; Citrix ADC VPX; Citrix Application Delivery Management; Citrix Gateway (VPX) Citrix SD-WAN (VPX) Subscription; Login.
- Exit Citrix Workspace App or Citrix Receiver and launch it again; Note: Changes made to the above file will be applied to all the connections. ChromeOS: On ChromeOS there are two ways of switching between applications/windows within a Citrix Desktop Session, see below: Go into full screen mode on your Citrix.

Citrix Workspace app can be installed by both a user and an administrator. Administrator privileges are required only when using pass-through authentication and Citrix Ready workspace hub with Citrix Workspace app for Windows. The following table describes the differences when Citrix Workspace app is installed as an administrator or a user.
4. Save to your downloads folder6. Double click 'CitrixWorkspaceApp' icon to run the installer.
7. Click 'Yes' to the pop up asking if you would like to allow the app to make changes to your computer (not everyone will get this pop up)
8. In the 'Welcome to Citrix Workspace' window, click the 'Start' button.

Hi! 3d modelling apps for mac.
I'm facing the issue that the Citrix Desktop App for Windows 10 does not launch the apps. It downloads the .ica file but it is not started. It is also not possible to start it manually.
I tried the following steps: remove the Citrix Desktop App, restart the system, re-install the latest version. I tried this with and without admin rights. I checked the .ica files to be assigned to the Citrix Desktop App so that App is the default app to start them.
I'm using this Windows system:
The Citrix Desktop App version is 19.11.0.50 (1911).
With an old Win 7 system Citrix Receiver starts the apps as expected.
Pls provide hints how to fix the issue, thanks!
